A founding member of Cognitics, Inc, Mr. Kimoto has successfully engineered software solutions for Public and Private Sector businesses. Mr. Kimoto’s experience is focused on data-driven software development spanning the areas of stand-alone applications, e-commerce websites, and embedded software. In addition, Mr. Kimoto has worked with quality assurance teams focusing on the integrity and reliability of software solutions. In doing so, Mr. Kimoto has spearheaded efforts in design, implementation, and integration of custom test methodologies for meeting specific project needs. In the Private Sector, Mr. Kimoto has developed software for Brick Software Inc. (Orange, CA), Volt Information Sciences (Orange, CA), and Hewlett-Packard (Boise, ID). In the Public Sector, Mr. Kimoto has developed software for the Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Corona Division (Corona, CA), as an employee of Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC). Mr. Kimoto holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Information & Computer Science from the University of California, Irvine, and an Associate of Science Degree in Computer Information Systems from Riverside Community College. Mr. Kimoto resides with his wife and two children in Boise, ID.
